Perrin Technique

What is The Perrin Technique?

The Perrin Technique is a specialized osteopathic approach for diagnosing and treating health conditions related to chronic fatigue, such as:

  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
  • Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME)
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Post-viral fatigue syndromes, like Long-Covid

Developed over 30 years by osteopath and neuroscientist Dr. Raymond Perrin, this technique is based on the belief that these conditions were not being treated effectively by conventional methods. He adapted his osteopathic skills to create a unique approach to treatment.

How is it Different from Standard Osteopathy?

The Perrin Technique uses osteopathic methods in a distinct way. If you’ve tried traditional osteopathy before and didn’t find it helpful, it’s still worthwhile to consult with a certified Perrin practitioner to see if this specialized approach can help you.
